In this episode Joshua and Aaron speak on the realisation, that us as black people, are no longer sure of where we stand and what to do! We examine the validity behind the idea of “Playing the Game” (allowing yourself to be the subject of racism and discrimination, with the hope of rising to the top and then making change) in corporate spaces, and whether this really helps us as a people. Whilst questioning, why concepts such as revolution are only seen as a choice to be destructive and not constructive.

The discussion flows into a conversation addressing, the importance of one mind, unity and collective group thought (Can two people walk together without agreement on direction). This leads us to wonder whether notions such as democracy are truly our friend.
